Your matching answers
Answer the matching questions your Operator asks, so participants without a Leader are offered the Leaders who suit them best.
When a participant has no Award Leader, they are offered the Leaders whose answers fit theirs best. Your answers decide how high you appear on that list. Answer once and change them whenever your life changes.
Where to answer
Open Matching questions from your profile. Your Operator chooses the questions. They may ask:
- When can you meet? Weekday afternoons, weekday evenings or weekends.
- Which Award sections matter most to you? Volunteering, Physical Recreation, Skills or Adventurous Journey.
- Which languages do you speak?
- How would you like to meet? In person, online or either.
- A question from your Operator, with choices of its own.
Choose everything that suits you under each question, or nothing to skip it. Then choose Save my answers. We confirm with Your answers are saved.
What happens next
A participant is shown Leaders from their own Award Centre only, and only those who can still take new participants. The list says on how many questions you match. The participant, or their Award Centre, makes the choice. Answering does not give you participants by itself.
If the page says that your Operator asks no matching questions yet, there is nothing to answer. Only Leaders and participants answer these questions.
