Accepting updated texts
When a privacy notice or terms of use change, you read the new text and accept it before you carry on.
Sometimes a text that applies to you changes, such as the terms of use or the privacy notice. When it does, you see Before you continue after you sign in. You cannot use the Online Record Book until you have answered.
What you do
Read each text under Texts to accept. Each one shows its version and the day it was published, and who published it: the Foundation or the national Award office. If a text is not yet written in your language, it is shown in another one, and the page says which.
Choose I accept when you have read them all. You then go on to the page you wanted.
If you do not accept
Choose Sign out. Nothing else changes, and you are asked again the next time you sign in. Your account and your records stay as they were.
Read them again later
Privacy and terms is always open from the menu, with no need to sign in. It lists every text that applies where you are, and each one shows the version in force. An older version says that it no longer applies and links to the one that does.
